Job Description:

  • Knowledge of insurance industry customer service
  • Handles best interest of client and company
  • Resolves customer requests, questions and/or complaints via phone/fax/email
  • Processes insurance documents daily

Skills & Requirements

  • Insurance Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer proficient
  • Experience using Agency Management Systems (We use Applied Systems — Epic)
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work with a high volume of clients with professional composure
  • Multi-task oriented
